For your DIY Event
Our DIY Bulk Buckets are a great way to get more bang for your buck with florals. These are great for customers who have a knack for design or flower arranging and those who are looking for a more affordable option. Locally grown flowers are more beautiful, longer lasting and healthier for you and the environment.
Customizable Options
Our DIY buckets come with a variety of focal flowers, filler flowers and minimal foliage based 100% on what is currently in season. For a list of availability by the season click here. Buckets will have 100-120 stems depending on stem sizes and varieties. We cut most varieties in 10 stem bunches not including larger focal varieties sold by the stem or smaller bunches. Customers can customize their buckets by color or theme- light and white? Or bright and bold? The options are plentiful.

What kind of flowers can I expect?
Our buckets will have a variety of focal and filler stems based on what is currently in season and what looks best. Customer flexibility is appreciated. It’s easier to request colors and styles, versus specific varieties. These are not grocery store varieties, nor what is typically commercially available. Our blooms are locally grown beautiful varieties sustainably cultivated on the Western Slope of Colorado.
What if I could use design pointers?
If you're a bride on a budget or designing florals for an event but you don’t know where to start- we have a hybrid option available for customers needing that little extra guidance! Upon request we will refer you to a local highly accredited floral designer we have chosen to partner with for those who’d appreciate design counsel! Please make reference on the contact form. How many buckets will I need?
The number of buckets you need will depend on your design style and aesthetic. Count the number of stems on the arrangement you’re envisioning or duplicating and multiply it by the number of arrangements you’re designing. It’s a good idea to add an additional 10-20% extra to account for any mishaps that may happen in transport or design errors. These are perishable goods, after all.
Important transfer & storage tips:
Please pick up your blooms a day or two in advance of your event. Please bring your own 5gal buckets or similar to transfer blooms into. A small fee will be charged to take farm buckets. Consider a dark air-conditioned vehicle to transport long distances and a cool dark space to store blooms or arrangements in prior to the event.
Timeframe for ordering:
Please provide at least two weeks’ notice when ordering our bulk buckets so we can allocate blooms to our customers accordingly. Customers are welcome to come visit the farm with a scheduled appointment prior to the pickup date.
